Personal information. All personal information collected is stored securely in a locked cabinet and anything held digitally is password protected and not accessible to anyone other than myself. On completion of sessions, digital information is deleted. Any paper copies of personal information must be stored for a minimum of 5 years as per my insurance requirements. This is only shared in a court of law if I am ordered to do so.
GDPR & ICO: In accordance with my BACP membership I am required to have regular supervision, during which I will not use any identifiable information about you ensuring you are kept safe.
